HOW TO MAKE FRESH PEACH JUICE AT HOME




Peach, a summer fruit rich in Vitamin C and minerals have a lot of benefits in it. A regular use of peach helps you to get rid of dark eye-circles and make your skin fresh and glowing. Many lotions and beauty creams use peach extract in their products. Packed and processed Peach juice is a favorite of many but we all know that packed juice are neither fresh nor healthy. They use a lot of sugar and preservatives to make the juice long lasting. Here we will tell you that how you can make fresh and healthy peach juice at home just in 5 minutes. 

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serving: 3-4 persons


Ingredients


Peach 3-4
Water 4 glass
Sugar   2 tablespoon
Salt    a pinch
Ice cubes


Method:


Cut peach into slices. Add peach slices, sugar, water, salt, ice-cubes in a blender and shake and blend it for 1 minute. Take out Peach juice in a serving glass. Decorate the peach juice with mint leaves and peach slices and serve. I don’t peel out peaches to make fresh juice and I’ll advise you same to get real nutrition out of peach juice.



Fusion of peach juice taste:



  • You can add a pinch of black pepper, kala namak or lemon to enhance the flavor of peach juice.

Tips to serve peach juice:

  • Many kids avoid eating fruits or take it too little. Wise mothers can make our fresh peach juice at home and let their children to sip it with straws in decorated glasses.

  • You’ve got a bulk of peaches and you’re afraid they may be rotten. Cut out peaches, take their pulp out and freeze them. You can use frozen peach pulp to make fresh juice any time of season you want.
