- First 'Download' Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme application form free signing in nphp.nadra.gov.pk
- Fill in all the mandatory details & requirements
- Pay the registration fee of Rs. 250 to the NADRA office online or in person.
- Submit the completed application form to NADRA officer.
- You'll receive it from the NADRA officer then.
- To register the application for NAYA Pakistan Housing Scheme online.
- Do visit nphp.nadra.gov.pk
- Fill in all the information fill in the form and pay the fee of Rs 250/- via your debit or credit card.
Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is an enterprising housing project initiated by Prime Minister Imran Khan. The central objective of the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is to construct 5 million houses or 50 lakh houses for the people from the middle class.
On the 10th of October 2018, PM Imran Khan announced the scheme. Under the Naya Pakistan housing scheme, a house shall be provided to each of the selected applicants.
The applicants may be people with low incomes and the people who don’t have their own house means the first-time homeowner.
For this project, the Government has created a Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NPHDA). It will furnish all the pre-requisite approvals to construction companies. The authority will also deal with different matters, projects, Naya Pakistan house financing through Pakistani banks as well.
NPHDA has surveyed and availed the land in different cities of Pakistan for the purpose. Construction under the Naya Pakistan housing scheme has already been started. How Naya Pakistan Housing Project will work
Naya Pakistan Housing project will be a mutual investment between the Government and the private construction sector. The government will provide land to private construction companies to build houses. The houses will be prefabricated to lessen the cost of construction. The houses will be provided to the general public in easy installments of 15 to 20 years. The selected applicant will pay 10% of the cost upfront for the house.

Online Registration
- Search this link: https://nphp.nadra.gov.pk In Google.
- Sign up for the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
- Fill the application form given on the website. You've to give details such as your name, CNIC number, phone/mobile number, current residence information.
- Provide the monthly income details.
- Choose your preferred district. Tell your preferred tehsil/union council where you want the house.
- Choose your installment plan in 15-20 years. Pay the registration fee of 250.
- You can pay the Naya Pakistan registration fee by Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and E-Sahulat Center.
- Double-check all the information and submit the application form.
Registration via NADRA E-Sahulat Centre
- Visit https://nphp.nadra.gov.pk and download the application form from there.
- Read all the instructions carefully. Fill in all the required information in the form such as your name, CNIC number, monthly income, etc.
- Visit the nearest NADRA E-Sahulat center. Submit the Naya Pakistan application form to the registration officer at the E-Sahulat center.
- Pay the registration fee of Rs. 250 to the NADRA officer and receive the receipt of application submission from the officer.
