1. Things you need
- Vaseline petroleum jelly (you can replace it with any greased oil but vaseline is tested best to get 100% result)
- An anti nit comb (it's a comb with long, steel teeth)
- A white towel or sheet
- A washbasin or any hard surface
- Anti lice shampoo
Method
- Take small portions of hairs and apply vaseline petroleum jelly thoroughly on them.
- Wrap a white towel or sheet around the neck.
- Stand near washbasin or any hard surface. Make your kid stand near the washbasin.
- Now comb hairs taking small portions and hit the comb on the washbasin after every use.
- A lot of nits along with lice will drop into the basin. Check the comb if any lice or nit is left there and slightly hit the comb again.

You don't need to kill the lice and nits if you're dumping them on the basin. They'll wash out on opening the tap. This method will save a lot of your time, you use to kill lice using nails. If you're not near wash basin then hit comb on any hard surface but be careful to kill all nits and lice then.
Once you're done with lice combing. Apply any good anti-lice shampoo on hairs and leave it for 5 minutes.
After washing the hairs, use an anti-lice comb again in wet hairs. Repeat the method of combing and slightly hitting the comb on the washbasin.
