Eligibility Criteria for Commonwealth Master’s Scholarship 2022:
A candidate must have refugee status or permanent citizenship of the eligible commonwealth country.
A resident of Pakistan and AJK. Duel nationals are not eligible.
A candidate must Full-time graduate student for academic studies in the UK.
A candidate holding a second class or upper second class degree of bachelor’s degree program.
A candidate who is not be enrolled in any Master’s degree program in the home country of the UK.
A candidate is not financially able to support his studies.
Eligibility Criteria for Commonwealth Ph.D. Scholarship 2022:
A candidate having a refugee status or permanent
A Pakistani or AJK resident. Duel national are not eligible for commonwealth scholarship
citizenship of the eligible commonwealth country.
A candidate must be a full-time graduate student for academic studies in the UK.
A candidate holding a first class or upper second class degree of master’s degree program completing 14-16 education.
A candidate must not be enrolled in any master’s leading to a Ph.D. or Ph.D. degree program in the home country for the UK.
A candidate is not financially able to support his studies. Check
Ph.D. applicants must provide proof of support of a potential supervisor from at least one UK university listed in the application form.
Applicants can have maximum two second divisions but last degree should be in first division.
Applicant should be available for academic session starting sept/oct 2022
Applicant must submit two references online to the UK application system.
Applicant must obtain a minimum of 70% in an aptitude test conducted by education testing council ETC under HEC.
How to Apply for the Commonwealth Scholarship 2021?
A candidate must apply on HEC and Commonwealth portals separately.
If candidate fails to apply on anyone portal then application will not be entertained.
They are required to deposit Rs. 800 (non-refundable) Aptitude Test fee in Account No. 17427900133401, Habib Bank Limited, Sector H 9 Islamabad.
In case of online deposit, submit scanned copy if receipt along with their application.
MS nd Ph.D. applicants are required to apply through their respective Electronic Application Systems (EAS).
MS applicants can apply through the MS EAS while Ph.D. applicants can apply through Ph.D. EAS.
A candidate needs to visit the HEC website and commonwealth website for updates CSC would not accept the scholarship application directly.
