Shuhda e Pakistan- essay/speech
Freedom is hard to win but harder to keep it. Freedom is obtained through hard efforts but it can easily lost if the efforts are not made to retain it. Its because of our soldiers and their passion to lay their life for the nation, that we are able to live in a free state Pakistan.
Shuhda e Pakistan are the heroes who sacrificed their lives to safeguard the motherland. It is because of their bravery and loyalty towards the country that we are living a peaceful life in our homes. The role of the martyrs of Pakistan Army, Rangers, Police and other security agencies is unforgettable. Their sacrifices for the peace and security of the motherland and the end of terrorism can never be forgotten.
As a country, we have many internal and external challenges. We are confronting the constant threat on our borders from India and Afghanistan. We have fought and won a complex war against terrorism in the recent years. Its not easy to confront the enemy without the soldiers who are ready to render their life and soldiers can only do this when they know the nation stands behind them. Its our duty to stand by our shuhdas and their families. We must commemorate their sacrifices and to pass their legacy to our generations to keep a strong hold on our freedom.
Freedom is a constant struggle. Fortunately, today many of us have never lived without freedom and therefore do not appreciate its importance and fragility. Consider the nations who are slaves on their own lands, the nations who are confronting the civil wars and the the constant unrest, then you may feel the importance of our strong and dedicated law enforcement agencies and brave soldiers. To fight at front borders, far from their families, bearing weather and other harsh threats, our soldiers selflessly safeguard the country. Our soldiers not only safeguard the borders but give relief to people in case of any natural calamity. A soldier is always on duty until he sacrifices his life for the nation. Anyone who brainwashes or instigate us against our law enforcement agencies and our martyrs is also working on vicious enemy agenda.
We must pay rich tributes to Shuhada of Pakistan who rendered their lives for the integrity, sovereignty and honor of the nation and motherland. The sacrifices of Shuhada are eternal that will continue to inspire future generations of countrymen, and will never be forgotten, irrespective of vicious propaganda by the enemies of Pakistan. Its time to inculcate the patriotism in our youth by making them aware the intrigue of enemy to put rife in the society. Allah has announced a great reward for the martyred.
Allah says in Quran:
Do not say regarding those who are slain in the path of God that they are dead; rather they are alive but you are not aware.
Also,
The martyr will not be tested in the grave, nor will he be punished in the grave. The martyr will not feel fear on the Day of Judgment. A crown of honor will be placed on his head, which has jewels that could illuminate the Earth from their brilliance.
Our martyrs are our pride. We are living a peaceful and free life because of these brave men. Its time to salute the shuhda as a nation.
