HOUBARA BUSTARAD-TILUR
Ehsanullah was their first cousin. He was 5 years older than Anza. They lived together in their grandfather’s house in their childhood. Ehsanullah was lazy but a master obsequious boy. The whole year he waited for the Arab princes to come in there area. When in December and January, Arab prince came there to hunt the poor migratory houbara birds, he held their luggage, ran after their hunted birds and managed to get warm shawls, blankets, watches and some times any gold thing from them. Many government officers deployed with Arabs to flatter them but no one could compete Ehsanullah. Anza’s father refused his proposal as Ehsanullah left his studies after Matric and also Anza was too young at that time. Anza was smiling while thinking about her childhood when Rabia took her attention.

OPERATION AT ORMARA
It was about 3 am when Major Nofil reached at Ormara . He reported at naval base there.

‘One boat with some suspected people was reported in the sea two days before. Our naval soldiers came in action and captured that boat and arrested two men. A large ammunition was hidden in the ship was also discovered but some men were able to jump and swam to coast. They are hiding in a house close to fish market. The residents of that house are their hostages.

SUICIDE ATTACKERS IN THE BOAT                                According to our reports they are armed with suicide jackets and guns with the help of local facilitator. They are demanding a safe way to escape and off course we are not going to give them a place to keep their dirty feet on this land anymore but our little mistake can cause big loss. We need to be very careful as the safety of hostages will be our first preference. Let’s get ready to sweep our land from these miscreants,’ brig. Bakhtiar briefed them. They reached close to that remote house at one corner of fish market. Sounds of waves from sea and a smell of fish meat from market could be felt around.

KILLING OF HOSTAGES
It was about 5 am but the cops didn’t move forward but just observed the movement and all possibilities.
‘Get yourself arrested, you’re given a single chance,’ one of soldiers announced after having the plan. In return they listened a sound of fire and one terrorist came on terrace with one dead body and threw it in down.
‘If you moved forward a inch, we’ll kill all hostages. They’re 10 in number so we have decided to send you one at every half an hour if you don’t meet our demands,’ one of the terrorist replied.

START OF OPERATION
It was about 06 30 am beautiful dawn at turquoise beach of Ormara was welcoming the new day when cops threw the shell at the front door of that house. As soon as it got the attention of miscreants, lieutenant Usman jumped from the roof through the rope and entered the room through window.  A lot of bullets received and martyrdom welcomed him inside but the great hero was able to kill two of miscreants inside before his martyrdom. He also made the way for his colleagues.

SUCCESSFUL ENCOUNTER
An encounter started, one terrorist tried to blew his suicide jacket but he also sent to his destination with his devilish intentions. Two of them were succeeded to run in the market but brave soldiers chased them and got them alive. This encounter continued for 4 hours. The operation was successful at the loss of two soldiers and one hostage.
Major Nofil came back to unit. They all were praising the bravery of Lt. Usman and chief Petty officer Nasir as they were the lucky one among them who met prestigious death for their country.
‘These miscreants came here with the intentions to ruin the Chinese festival arranged here.
‘Oh, Li is going to kill me. Its already late,’ major Nofil asked for the permission to leave.

Rabia was looking very beautiful in yellow dress. Her hands were full from both sides with beautiful designed mehndi till her elbows. All guests went back and they were alone in their room now.
‘Thanks god my kids are slept, they have irritated me a lot today,’ Jasia aapi came to the room.
‘After a long time, we three sisters are together,’ Anza ate a spoon full of rice.
‘Sorry, I’m very hungry. I couldn’t eat during the function,’ she continued.
‘It’s been more than two weeks that Jasia aapi reached from Dubai to attend my marriage and you are coming from Karachi when two days are left ,’ Rabia was angry with her.
‘I can’t take the risk of anger of a bureaucrat, I have brought a lot of gifts for you, my lord’ Anza tried to cheer her up. Rabia recently passed her civil servant exam and she was attached to Foreign Service now.
‘Umm, I’m angry. I don’t want any of your gifts,’ Rabia turned to Anza’s bag and started to see her gifts.
‘Wow, what a beautiful dress, I’m taking it, as you don’t want these,’ Jasia aapi snatched a dress from her hands.

‘Aapi, let me see first,’ Rabia took out a jewelry set from her bag when mama entered the room. Her intentions were evident from her style of coming.
‘Anza. Its enough now, give us some breath to relax. We have become too old now.’ Rabia and Jasia felt relaxed that her target was Anza not they.
‘Don’t get worried mama, I’m here now,’ Anza put her hands around her.
‘Anza, you know your father left Dalbandin, his hometown just because to provide his daughters with better future. He brought you three up like his sons. He gave you best education even when ….,’ mama seemed very serious.
‘I want some…,’ Anza tried to say something.
‘I want some time, I want some more time, we’re fed up now. One of our family friend’s is coming to see you at Rabia’s wedding. If they like you, we’ll get you married there,’ mama’s intentions seemed firm this time.
‘What, if they like me, don’t I have any of my choice?’ Anza gave a shriek of amazement.

MEMORIES OF DALBANDIN AND THEIR CHILDHOOD
‘He is an officer in forest ministry. He is also from sardar family. He is posted in Dalbandin now days. We know the family and have decided it for you. It would be better if you behave gravely when you come in front of them.’

‘What? A forest officer in Lasbella and Khusdar! (cities of Baluchistan).’ Some memories from her childhood reminded in her mind and she looked at the mama,
‘Then he must flatter the Arab princes to get some valuable gifts from them, when they visit here for hunting of houbara birds. Then why you refused for Ehsanullah, I think he was far better choice. At least he was a champion in flattering and gathering gifts from princes.’
‘Anza, behave you self, I m serious,’ mama looked at them, as they all were smiling at Ehsanuallah’s name.

 POOR EHSANULLAH GOT BMW CAR
‘Ooo… you were interested in Ehsanullah you would tell it before. It’s late now. He has five kids now,’ Rabia showed amazement and sorrow at the same time.
‘It’s never too late. He owns a construction company in Qatar now, he is rich enough to have more than one wives like Arab sheikhs. By the way we should learn from his success,’ Jasia aapi added her valuable information.
‘Shut up! Ehsanullah was like an elder brother to me. He also respected me. I was just giving an example,’ Anza cleared his position.
‘He became the owner of brand new BMW because of you, why not he will respect his younger sister. You know till last day, we left Dalbandin, I was hoping that baba would demand that BMW from him, which was actually yours, but he didn’t,’ Rabia was looking sad after reminding that car.
‘You both will be bitten by me,’ Anza threw the cushion on Jasia aapi and Rabia violently.

‘It was baba who was about to beat you but his all anger was revealed on poor Ehsanullah.’ Rabia answered at once.
‘By the way when that poor Ehsanullah was fixing his deal to help me in hunting in that area for few chocolates and a game CD, he couldn’t think that soon he’ll be the owner of an imported car. He didn’t mind baba’s anger on him at all.’ How Anza could forget that incident which caused their shifting from Dalbandin to Lahore.
‘Yes, he couldn’t think of that but have you ever think if some Arab prince might see you there, you would locate in any palace in Qatar as..,’ Jasia still looked shocked on her daring adventure many years ago.

FUN IN TAKING RISK
‘What would be the fun of risk if you fixed up in thinking of its end and also Anza never think back,’ Anza took his dress and turned to Rabia.
‘Really, you don’t think back?’ Jasia aapi asked her meaningfully. Anza looked at her and don’t understood what she was talking about...
