‘By following few of these golden study tips You might not
top but will definitely pave your way to get higher and excelled grades in exams.
Most of students get preparation keeping in mind the number of choices given in question paper. They feel it easy to skip the preparation of one or two chapters from syllabus but then students should prepare rest of chapters thoroughly as they already had not left any choice for them.
- DON’T LEAVE RANDOM TOPICS INSIDE ONE CHAPTER IF YOU’RE ALREADY SKIPPING ANY OTHER CHAPTER FOR CHOICE
Most of students get preparation keeping in mind the number of choices given in question paper. They feel it easy to skip the preparation of one or two chapters from syllabus but then students should prepare rest of chapters thoroughly as they already had not left any choice for them.
- FABRICATE YOUR OWN NOTES
Keep pencil at your hand and underline the important paragraphs or lines. Write short notes at corner of any page or use sticky notes for this purpose. Highlighters can help you too.
- DON’T LEAVE ANY TOPIC TO PREPARE FOR EXAM DAY
Mostly there’s a lack of time and a lot pressure of studies on exam day that the only students who done their preparation before the day seem able to manage this. Easy or difficult, never leave any topic to prepare on exam day. One should complete its whole preparation of any subject before exams.
- GIVE DEADLINES TO YOURSELF
My top secret of getting higher grades and A’s in exam is to give myself the deadlines,’ a bright student shared his secret topper's study tip.
‘I’ll complete this chapter in one hour. I’ll finish the preparation of this subject in 2 days. I’ll study for two hours without break from now.’ Assign yourself the deadlines and put your hard efforts to meet those deadlines.
- LISTEN TO THE TEACHER IN CLASS
The first step
to grab the higher grades in exams is to concentrate in the class and listen to
the teacher attentively. It helps you a lot when sometimes you fall blank in
answering some question in the paper. It also helps when you open the book to
set you prepare any topic for exam then the few reminded visuals of your
lecture came in front of you to explain the topic again.
- PARTICIPATE IN CLASS DISCUSSION
Actively
participate in class discussion regarding any topic. It helps a lot in subjects
fall in humanities group like History, Geography, Islamiat and Social Studies
etc.
- NEVER SHY OF ASKING QUESTIONS
‘I’m
explaining you the concept since one hour and you even don’t understand the
basic,’ mostly these type of comments cross the ears when you go to teacher to
ask any concept. It shouldn’t matter you;
after announcing their annoyance teacher explain you the concept again. So
please don’t shy asking the questions to the teacher. Look for the teachers in
free time and request them to give you extra time. It helps you a lot in Math
and Science subjects.
- GET TUITION
If
you find any concept really tough to understand then in spite of underestimating
your skills, with poise ask your teacher again or ask your parents to arrange a
tuition for you. Asking at last day from any one won’t help you in any way.
So I have done my half exam preparation when
the topic is being studied in the class,’ one of the topper student shared her
success secrets.
Then come to next step when date sheet is announced or about to announce:
- SCHEDULE YOUR TIME TABLE AT LEAST 15 DAYS
BEFORE THE EXAM
Once date sheet is announced then at once schedule your
timetable separate of daily school homework. Daily fix at least two hours for
exam preparation for one subject a day. It is better to prepare the subjects
one after one. Prepare easy subjects before such as subjects related to Arts or
Humanities. It is better to Practice Math and Literature subject at last of
your time table as these subjects grab a lot of your time.- MAKE SEPARATE REGISTER TO PRACTICE MATH
‘Practice
makes the Math perfect. Solve all questions again on separate register. Try to
solve them without looking at your school notes and check them at end. Do
corrections and solve the wrong ones again. Write queries at end of your
register or at any sticky note and ask them from teacher.- AVOID ANY MIND DISTRACTING OBJECTS AROUND
WHILE PREPARING FOR EXAMS
There should not be TV, computer or any mind
grabbing object around while you’re preparing the exam. Look for the relatively
quiet and corner place at home where the least disturbance by anyone entering
or exiting the place again and again.
- TAKE ALL STATIONARY BEFORE SITTING FOR
PREPARATION
Mostly it happened when any one makes its mind to study, set its study place, open
its notes but find him/her without pen or pointer or ink run out straight away.
It’s awfully irritating and time wasting. Organize a box of ball points or
pointers around you before you sit to prepare.- THERE SHOULD BE CLEAR LIGHT AND SUFFICIENT SPACE AT YOUR STUDY PLACE
One should have enough space around him/her to spread books and note books while preparing and proper light at study place. It’ll let you far from extra visual burden.
- DON’T NOSE AROUND TO LONG-ESTABLISHED RUMORS
ABOUT EXAMS:
'More than 50% students fail in board English exam. Only paper is turn out from first half of book so no need to prepare last half. This theorem is part of exams for 10 years and this proof will never be part of exam. Don’t listen at any of these buzzing rumors and prepare your 100%.’
- TAKE SHORT BREAKS WHILE PREPARING FOR EXAMS
http://fusionstor-ies.blogspot.com
Namaz or offering prayer has been my favorite break time while preparing for exam. By doing ‘ablution’ or ‘wuzoo’ and presenting myself in front of my Lord strengthen my energies to keep up my preparation.
- DON’T TAKE MOBILE BREAK WHILE STUDYING
Interesting to click here: don't plan to cheat in exams otherwise...
- TAKE SNACKS WHILE PREPARING FOR EXAMS
It’s stiff to swallow anything because of tension near or while exams. Try to drink water or any juice, have your favorite cookies, chocolate or nimko around you while preparing for exams to regulate your sugar level.
- TAKING TENSION FOR EXAM IS GOOD
Last but not least one should have enough fear or tension about exams to pull your mind towards preparation. One can act relax but how can he/she be feel it while fighting for A+ grades in exams. Students are worriers at examination rooms to win their territory in society and they can’t be successful when they drove out without proper armour.
so the students follow these points to grab maximum A's in exams.
