Cricket
is not only a game with fame and glamour but it also pulls out a lot of money towards the
accounts of its players that any girl can undeniably slips her heart towards a cricket star by overlooking its educational certificates. The recent example is an Indian girl who studied engineering from university of England and is working with an airline, fell in love with Hassan Ali, an under graduate cricket star of Pakistan. OK, pairs are decided on sky but
Let's have look on monthly salaries or annual income of Pakistani players.
Pakistani
cricket players get paid monthly as per the central contract with PCB (Pakistan
cricket board) which is revised every year. Revising the central contract of

Above
mentioned monthly salaries appear smarter as compared to average income of
folks in Pakistan but they are far less than the wages of players belong to
other cricket boards.
Pakistan is country of passionate cricket
lovers. The corroboration of zeal is palpable by the fact that Pakistan is not
hosting any home event of cricket since 2009, yet PCB is at 4th
position by its handsome revenue through organizing regular matches’ at Dubai
etc and by hosting mega event of PSL. PCB revenue is more than New Zealand, West
Indies and South Africa but on contrary wages of Pakistani players are not very
handsome.
monthly income of Pakistani cricketers |
The justification which mostly presented from
PCB regarding is that PCB allows its cricketers to sign more contracts besides
monthly salary. Pakistani players sign heavy
budget contracts with PSL, BPL, CPL, COUNTY CRICKET etc to get luxurious
lifestyles.
So one can say that our players have to play
more matches and need to put more effort to meet the wage standards of
international players. At one side if
players learn more from league cricket than on other side it merely affect
their cricketing life which can roll down in case of any injury.
