Faisal bank female staff dress code of wearing hijab got questions?
Faisal bank is a Pakistani Islamic bank which has made it necessary for female staff to wear hijab and loose-fitting shirts. A new notification regarding the dress code of male and female employees in Faisal bank was issued where females are required to wear Islamic plus eastern attire but men are required to dress in suits arise questions.
According to an order from Faisal bank head office, "all-female employees should dress elegantly with cultural norms that are shalwar kameez, kurta suit, or any modest dressing. The all-female staff of Faisal bank is required to wear hijab while on duty, training or client visits as required by Islamic junctions"
The dress code is mandatory and will apply to all regular and internee employees regularly.
Moreover, women also have to show discretion in their selection of make-up and jewelry.
On the other hand, men are required to wear suits, dress trousers and dress shirts with necktie and dress shoes.
Shalwar kameez with a formal waistcoat and sherwani is also allowed.
Many folks are appreciating the female dress code with hijab in the Faisal banks and want to get it implemented in all other banks and offices too.
Some criticized the decision to compel the female employees to wear the hijab that there should be the same rules for males and females to follow the Islamic dress code.
