FBISE introducing Cambridge like new Exam per year system 


Federal board of intermediate and secondary education FBISE who is ISO certified educational organization is introducing new exam policy from 2021. Fbise will follow a Cambridge-like exam policy from 2021.
FBISE will conduct two exams per year at SSC and HSSC level like Cambridge does for the O level and A level exam system. The two fbise annual exams will be taken in March and September every academic year.
The students and schools will be eligible to enroll in any of the exams as per their requirement and choice. The supplemented exam will be terminated from 2021.


According to fbise interview to DAWN news fbise Chairman Qaiser Alam told that the board will expand the level of the supplementary exam that is held in Sept/October every year to the full exam system.


Earlier only students with compartments in any subject could appear in supplementary exams. The regular students couldn't sit in the exams but from now on regular students will also be allowed to give exams. A policy of fbise two exams per year will be finalized by February 2021. After approval from the board, the fbise two exams per year system like the  Cambridge exam system will be started.


'Fbise will also use up to date techniques for paper checking of students,' fbise chairman continued.

The students are highly appreciating fbise step towards modern techniques of education. They are happy that fbise is adapting to the modern education system.
