Korean company G-Songuo has completed the construction of a modular model house in Islamabad. Chairman Naya Pakistan Development Authority Lt Gen (Retd) Anwar Ali Hyder inaugurated the house. ‘The Korean company is aimed to
set its two manufacturing plants in Pakistan in the first place,’ told Rubina Ahmed
marketing manager of the company. ‘The company will provide houses in budget
according to Prime minister Imran Khan Vision of Naya Pakistan. Also, home loans
for 5 marla, 10 marla under Naya Pakistan housing scheme will be entertained
from prefabricated cost-effective houses asides orders from the private sector.’ She
continued.
Here are a few details about the Naya Pakistan prefabricated
model house.
Naya Pakistan model house is built in 3 ½ marla. It is a double story house. It has two spacious bedrooms, 2 attach bathrooms, 1 store, 1 kitchen and 1 TV lounge on the ground floor. The design is the same for the upper floor. The model house is fully furnished. LED lights, AC, Washing machine, Kitchen stuff all is fixed there. The guarantee of a prefabricated house is 50 years. The house is just built in 7 days. All material
from walls, roof, and systems of plumbing, electricity, and water, etc are
factory built-in. Just connections are
