A candidate must have refugee status or permanent
citizenship of the eligible commonwealth country.

A candidate holding a second class or upper second class
degree of bachelor’s degree program.
A candidate who is not be enrolled in any Master’s degree
program in the home country of the UK.
A candidate is not financially able to support his
studies.

2021:
A candidate having a refugee status or permanent
citizenship of the eligible commonwealth country.
A candidate must be a full-time graduate student for
academic studies in the UK.

A candidate must not be enrolled in any master’s leading
to a Ph.D. or Ph.D. degree program in the home country for the UK.

A candidate must apply to UK University direct, and look
for a funding agreement there.
A candidate needs to visit the university's website that
falls in the list of CSC category. CSC would not accept the scholarship
application directly.

nominating agencies
