MBBS FEES, DURATION & SCHEME OF STUDY IN PAKISTAN
MBBS is a Medical graduation program of duration of Six
(6) Years. First five (5) years comprise clinical education and last one (1)
year is of House Job.

MBBS scheme of study is followed by annual professional
exam system as per PMC course curriculum. Annual MBBS Exams held in January
every year. One time annual MBBS fees is submitted in February each year.
MBBS FEE IN PAKISTAN:
MBBS Fee in Pakistan for government or Public Medical
colleges or Army Public colleges ranges between Rs 30,000- Rs 45,000 per year,
and is affordable for many students.
MBBS fees in Private Medical Colleges and NUMS Private CMH
Medical colleges ranges between 9 lakhs-14 lakhs per year. Every Private Medical college has different fees structure as per its locality and facilities
it provide to students. The fees is payable once in a year. Private medical
colleges show their annual and total fees on their websites. There are not any
donation fees other than of Tuition fees in Private Medical Colleges as per

MBBS Fee in Government Medical Colleges:
- Annual Tuition Fee (Fee Range) Rs. 30,000 – 50,000 (per year)
- One time Admission Fee Rs. 500 – 2,000
- Prospectus Fee Rs. 500 – 1,000
MBBS Private Colleges Fee in Pakistan
Due to limited numbers of seats and high merit in Government
Public Medical Colleges in Pakistan, Private Medical Colleges offer MBBS Degree
at very high cost. In November 2018, by the Order of Ex-Chief Justice of
Supreme Court Pakistan, annual fee of Private Medical Colleges has been fixed. A
lump sum fees is to show on private medical colleges websites as there is no more
donation fees. Private medical colleges are following MBBS fee structure as defined
by PMC in its current MBBS Admission Policy 2021-22:

- MBBS annual tuition fee ranges Rs 9, 00,000- Rs. 14,50,000
- One time Admission Fee Rs. 50,000
- Prospectus Fee Rs. 3,000
MBBS Fee Overseas in Pakistan
- For overseas Pakistanis, MBBS annual fee per student all inclusive of university examination fee $20,000- $22,000
- MBBS Admission Fee Rs. 50,000
- MBBS Fee Prospectus Rs. 3,000
MBBS Fee in NUMS Affiliate CMH Medical Colleges
NUMS Affiliate CMH Private Medical Colleges offer MBBS on
very high fees.
