Sindh Boards & Practical exam dates for SSC & HSSC are announced with paper pattern

 

The Sindh Education and Literacy Department has announced the date of Matric & Intermediate exams 2021.

Also it is decided the practical exams will be held in all sindh education boards I.e. Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur etc. The previous paper pattern will be followed.

The matriculation and intermediate exams for Sindh education boards will be conducted in May and June respectively. The tentative dates of Sindh education board exam were also discussed in a session of the department’s Steering Committee. The meeting was held at the Intermediate Board, Karachi’s office.

1. Practical exams will be held in all Sindh boards. For this schools and colleges will start practicals soon after the resumption of classes from 18th January 2021.

It is important to mention here that practical exams are canceled in Punjab education boards BISE for the year 2021.

2. The examination papers will be set according to the previous paper patterns from reduced smart syllabus. The paper will comprise both subjective and objective parts. The option of only MCQs is ruled out in IBCC meeting already.

3. All the boards are to formulate model papers contemplating the present situation of covid 19.

4. The tentative date announced for the SSC Parts I & II Annual Examination Sindh boards BSEK is 20 May 2021.

5. The tentative HSC Parts I & II Annual Examination is 20 June 2021.

6. All the Internal Superintendents of the examination centers will admin the strict abidance to the SOPs during the examinations.

7. The boards will pursue support from the District Administrations for the enactment of the SOPs during the examinations and for maintaining law and order.

8. Each Sindh education boards may decide an assessment policy, either centralized or home-based. Boards need to consider the feasibility and other aspects while considering online annual exams.

9. The results to be announced within 90 days.  After the completion of the examinations for the SSC Part II and the HSC Part II.

10. The heads and teachers of institutions have to carry out board duties if assigned.

11. The assessment centers to be ascertained in Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Karachi in Sindh province.
