Elective subjects are also known as اختیا ر ی مضا مین. Elective subjects are the subjects or combinations of subjects that students choose at the start of class 9. The choice of elective subjects determines the student's group and future goals. There are two types of elective subjects. One that makes the science group and other make arts, business or commerce groups. Students choose three elective subjects at the start of class 9. Mathematics is a compulsory subject in class 9 and class 10. The students of the Science group study from Mathematics for science group. The students of the arts group study general Mathematics which is a little easier. Pakistani secondary schools offer many subjects in elective subjects list. IF your near school doesn't offer a subject of your interest then you must check in any other school or ask from education boards directly.
