Chicken Tikka Candy Bite Rolls- homemade Patti

                     CHICKEN TIKKA ROLL CANDIES


Preparation time: 45 minutes

Serving: 10-12 persons



Ingredients:


For filling:


1/2 kg boneless chicken
3-4 tomatoes cut in small cubes
Chicken tikka masala
2-3 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons yogurt1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon soya sauce

For home made Manda Roll Patti

2 cup white flour
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 egg for binding
Oil to fry

Method:


1. Take one bowl and put the boneless chicken in it. Add tikka masala, yogurt in it and put the mixture aside for at least one hour.

2. Take 2 cup flour and add a pinch of salt and oil in it. Now twist the dough until it is soft. Keep on bend and twist dough until it is done like normal roti dough. Put the floor at one side to settle.

3. Pour 3 tablespoon oil in a pan and add crushed garlic cloves in it on medium heat. When the garlic is light brown, add chicken mixture and cut tomatoes in it. Let the curry cook until all water is soaked. Now mash the cooked chicken with fork or shred with hands. Chicken Tikka Candy filling is ready.
 Let this dry completely

4. Take one portion of dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. Cut the circles from the flatten bread and put the circles on the side.


5. Take one circle and put a chicken Tikka Candy filling in it. Grease the circle from all sides and roll the circle. Now hold that little roll carefully and carefully stretch and twist the roll from both ends. Chicken Tikka candy bite roll is ready.


6. Deep fry the chicken Tikka Candy bites and serve with ketchup.




7. Put extra Candy Bites in a tray and freeze them. Next, the take out the frozen chicken Tikka Candies and put them in a plastic bag. Put the plastic bag back in the refrigerator. Now you can use these bites within 3 months.

Fusion:

2. Heat the charcoal and smoke the chicken Tikka filling with it and Bar B Q chicken Candy Bites are ready after filling. 

3. Cook parathas and fill Chicken Tikka Candy filling in it. Roll the Parathas and enjoy tasty Roll Parathas.
