METHOD:
1. Take one bowl with a wide mouth and add flour, sugar, oil, baking/yeast powder and salt in it.
2. Now add milk carefully that dough doesn't become liquid. The donut dough should not beliquid but it not be too soft like the normal dough of roti or bread. Donut dough should be sticky that it should be stuck to your hands.
3. Keep on the twist and bend the dough and use wet hands to separate the dough from fingers. Place the doughat one side for 2-3 minutes and now shift the dough on the kitchen shelf and roll and twist it again using a little dry flour. Now a soft dough will be in your hands without sticking further. Left the dough for 1 hour at warm place until it is raised.
4. When the dough isready then spread a thick layer of it on the shelf with using the rolling pin. You can use dry flour now to roll and spread the instant donut dough.

طریقہ:
1. ایک پیالہ وسیع منہ سے لیں اور اس میں آٹا ، چینی ، تیل ، بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور نمک ڈالیں۔
2. اب احتیاط سے دودھ ڈالیں کہ آٹا مائع نہ ہوجائے۔ ڈونٹ آٹا مائع نہیں ہونا چاہئے لیکن یہ روٹی یا روٹی کی عام آٹا کی طرح نرم نہیں ہونا چاہئے۔ ڈونٹ آٹا چپچپا ہونا چاہئے کہ یہ آپ کے ہاتھوں سے پھنس جائے۔
