Beaconhouse school system is a leading private school in Pakistan which stands significant and higher among all competitors since it's foundation in 1975.

Nasreen Mahmud Kasuri is a founder, owner, and Chairperson of Beaconhouse school system. She is a wife of former foreign minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri. Nasreen Kasuri has told the motive behind opening a kind of modern school in many of her interviews and during informal chit chats to school parents that in the early 70’s, she was unable to find any school in Pakistan which could provide quality English medium education to her kids. Government schools were far from fabricating productive and competitive wards (unfortunately the situation is the same even after 35 years). 

Madrassas and convent schools were two extreme choices then. Having a Masters degree in Psychology, Nasreen Kasuri had an idea that what she wanted. She didn't have any job experience then. At last, after collaboration with Montessori training director ladies from Karachi, she decided to open a Les Anges Montessori Academy in Lahore. There were only 19 students in the school including her two sons, Kasim and Nasir in the start. The montessori to Beaconhouse journey saw real challenges and struggles to reach the goal of leading school network of Pakistan and world, told Nasreen Kauri.

Now Beacon house is a role model for any private school owner who follows the conceptually based education, trained teaching methods and learning styles of the institution. The main reason for Beacon house popularity is conceptual based studies which is far from traditional ratification trend in the country. It ultimately produce productive persons for society. Beaconhouse is always open to change and to adapt innovative and new. Beaconhouse has collaborated with many international institutions to expand its vision and campuses. Beaconhouse group owns many institutions and companies in Pakistan and abroad.
  

Beacon house is working under independent divisions. Since 2005, Nasreen Kasuri is chairperson of school but Beaconhouse school system is under the administration of Nasreen Kasuri’s sons. 

Now the kids of Nasreen Kasuri are managing and running the Beacon house since 2005. Yes, the first students of the school are the owners now and on way to flourish the institution. Nasreen Kasuri has 2 sons and 1 daughter.

Kasim Kasuri is a very dedicated and hardworking man who has worked a lot to maintain the status of school and struggled against many challenges and propaganda against the school. His vision and passion are also evident in his blogs and messages to school.

Muhammad Ali Kasuri( Khursheed Kasuri father) welfare trust. MAK is an active foundation and donates generously for victims of any incident in Pakistan. Recently MAK has distributed many ration bags to needy and a donation cheque to Prime minister Imran Khan during covid-19 lockdown. 

Nasreen Kasuri daughter, daughter in law Sophia Kasuri, is also chairing many campuses nationwide and abroad successfully, so Beacon house is a complete family business. 

Beacon house is run as a private business and has board of governors to discuss and decide the issues and goals.

Beaconhouse just started from a montessori Les Anges montessori school in Lahore in November 1975 and progressed by leaps and bounds throughout the years expanding its campuses in Pakistan and worldwide. No story is built in days but it takes years of passion, struggles and hard work to come out as a moral for many. Beacon house journey is also the same. Now the Beaconhouse has more than 146 campuses providing education from kindergarten to O and  A-levels in Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand, UK, Philippine, UAE, Oman and, Belgium.

 Beaconhouse also run Beaconhouse National University and Concordia College providing up-to-the-mark higher education opportunities. Beaconhouse mainly offers Cambridge based or IGCSE education in all of its campuses. 

Beaconhouse also runs many educational projects that are The educators, Newlands, TNS, the early years, Bubbles and BNU. 

Now the Beaconhouse has spacious and well built campuses in almost all cities of Pakistan and in 8 countries abroad. Beacon house has approximately 111, 200 students in its flagship school network in Pakistan adding in total of 315,000 students in its other projects. 

The fees of Beaconhouse school system are much high which starts from Rs 19, 000 per month for kindergarten student which reaches  to Rs 30, 000 for A level students. The fees is lower in its project The Educators which is Rs 2500-Rs 5000 per month even. 

Beaconhouse net income touches billions per month, but at sides, Beacon house is  employing to many persons in its institutions. These are teachers, administrative staff, school keeping, and security staff where 62% are women. Beacon house experienced teachers pay is also comparatively higher than other private schools. Still when govt schools are stuck with outdated syllabus and ratification style of studies then Beacon house feels a fresh wave of air for many families who look for modern and quality education of their kids.

Beacon house is one of the few most profitable business organizations of Pakistan that had maintained its status and name even struggling against many propagandas.

Beacon house is sometimes accused to fabricate segregation in the society for charging high fees in return to provide quality education. That only elite class or upper class parents can afford to get their children to admit in this school. Few years back parents from private schools abrupt on the row against rising fees charges of elite schools and this put some check on the fees and profit margin of Beaconhouse too. In a way, it's true but providing free of cost quality education to all masses is government responsibility. Private sector always run any organization keeping in mind the profit goals. If we seriously analyze than we come to the fact that this segregation was a part of country since its foundation. It were government schools, madrassas or convent schools where many parents chose to send their children from start. When the demand for quality education increased in 70's and 80's then private schools came forward to fill in space. 
 Beaconhouse paved the role for quality private education in Pakistan. Many good private schools came into the market after Beaconhouse won the trust of parents.
