SBP’s story based e-learning course through an interactive game
#PomPak-Learn to Earn aims to provide free of cost financial education to Pakistan’s youth. SBP has brought a newer idea of an e-course through interactive game-based story. Each level is furnished with multiple challenges of striving between saving & spending.
With its distinct modules delivering lessons in English and Urdu has made it easy for young e-learners. A learner can also earn a free certificate of Financial Literacy upon completion the course.
'Pompak-learn to earn' is Pakistan’s first e-learning financial literacy course provided through an engaging and interactive game.
‘PomPak – Learn to Earn’, is an initiative of State Bank of Pakistan through its National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y) and is being appreciated by masses.

Target age group
The content that SBP team have developed targets three age-groups :
- Children (9-12)
- Adolescents’ (13-17)
- Youth (18-29)
- English
- Urdu
The game based story of two entrepreneurial families will help students to tackle personal, financial, and business decisions. In a short time, students can grasp the essentials of saving, budgeting, borrowing, and banking, among many other topics.
There will be Interactive questions after each topic to evaluate the understanding of the students.
Further, PomPak’s easy-to-use browser portal and mobile application deliver lessons in English and Urdu language.
The lessons are delivered through a story-based game format designed to help students understand and apply principles of financial literacy in daily lives.
