Pakistani actress Mansha Pasha, 33, and human rights activist and lawyer Jibran Nasir tied the knots in an intimate ceremony on 10th April 2021.
Mansha Pasha is a Pakistani TV and film actress. She started her career as a supporting actress and succeeded to get leading roles after portraying her hard work and skills. She has appeared in many drama serials: Hamsafar, Mubahbat subah ka sitara, etc. Mansha was nominated for the best actress award for her crime thriller film Lal Kabootar and this took her to the limelight.
This is Mansha Pasha's second wedding. Earlier, he was married to Pakistani businessman Asad Farooq. The marriage ended in 2018 after 5 years. Mansha got engaged with Jibra Nasir in December 2019.
Mansha Pasha who herself has been vocal on many issues got married to popular human rights activist Jibran Nasir. Jibran Nasir who is currently advocating students' concerns about exam systems in Pakistan is known for his passion and devotion for Pakistan. Earlier Jibran advocated the students against the NMDCAT exam. He has come across many life threats in his journey of advocating the core issues in Pakistan. Jibran also has confronted Amir Liaquat after he accused Jibran on religious charges.
Jibran Nasir also fought election 2013 and 2018 for national and provincial assembly seats as an independent candidate but couldn't make it.
The nikkah ceremony of Mansha Pasha and Jibran Nasir was held with initiate family members. The Nikkah was solemnized by scholar Javed Ghamdi. However, Jibran promised through his Twitter account a bigger celebration with family and friends after covid 19 situations calm down.
Mansha Pasha donned in an AZAL bridal gown by "Zuriador" based in Lahore. Her jewelry was from Shehrzad jewelers. Jibran Nasir, the groom, fitted with his bride wearing white shalwar kameez with a gold waistcoat.
Mansha Pasha and Jibran Nasir shared the pictures of their wedding ceremony on their Instagram accounts. Jibran Nasir also shared the video to elaborate the teachings of Islam about equal roles, responsibilities, and rights of both spouses that Javed Ghamdi shared with them on the occasion.
