Humans have to deal with a lot of challenges to continue a peaceful life. The nature can be light or dense but problems are a part of everyone’s life. Everyone one is struggling against its own issues and problems. The situation gets alarming when someone loses stamina to deal with the daily challenges and gets trap into depression and anxiety. Majority of people doesn’t know that they are depressed. There are stages in life when a person feels helpless and insecure. As the level of depression and anxiety toll up, an affected person come across with panic attacks.

Sometimes fear or over thinking makes the body trembles. One of sign of panic attack is that people start feel like they don’t have power in their body anymore. They feel helpless. The most common symptom of panic attack is mood swings, physical confusion and feeling of uncertainty. Panic attacks are more look like heart attack but a person needs to understand a difference between panic attack and heart attack. A person is always remains with a fear of losing something. When you constantly go through panic attacks, sudden onset of fear, chest tightness, and shortness of breath then you must consult a doctor and seek medical advice.

The chest and abdomen become stiff due to tension and they feel difficulty in breathing. A calm breathing should be advised instead of taking long deep breaths. If during panic attack, someone try to take deep breath then their head gets heavy and they start feeling dizzy.

Panic attacks are somehow related to depression and anxiety. The symptoms of depression are loss of concentration, muscle spasms, fatigue and insomnia. For long, usually, people ignore all above symptoms and faces crucial consequences like panic attacks.

Depression starts affecting the daily routine of a person. Depression and anxiety more affect the people who have low endurance. They get disturbed on small issues. Sometimes it takes time to understand the new change in life and a person start feeling anxiety and depressed. Mental health should be cared and addressed like any other health issue. Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are signs of severe mental illness. The other factors may be overactive thyroid, low blood pressure, hormonal imbalance, weak immune system, or any inner infection may create symptoms of drowsiness, convulsions, restlessness, and fatigue. Experts tell that people who suffer from panic attack think it as a heart attack. A normal person should understand the difference of heart attack and a panic attack.

Anxiety can attack you in many ways. It can be aggressive in social and physical nature. Many people fear facing the society, the anxiety of being separated from someone, different type of phobias and panic attack is a form of anxiety. Experts suggest that physical symptoms do appear in cases when a person is dealing with anxiety. The symptoms show that something is going wrong. A healthy diet develops a healthy body and mind. People who suffer from anxiety and stress can reduce its density by taking a balanced diet. A proper healthy diet with sufficient water intake can help you to reduce anxiety. Also you should take less quantity of caffeine to get rid of anxiety and reduce the danger of panic attack. A disturbed eating and drinking routine can adversely affect the body. It is very important not to overlook your food choices.  Person who is dealing with anxiety should not skip any meals. By skipping your meal, your sugar level can drop and can trigger your restlessness and depression.

Do exercise

Exercise has proved best activity to deal with anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, people dealing with anxiety mostly feel lazy and lethargic that they don’t do exercises. Experts say that a regular exercise drops the level of anxiety. A brisk walk increases the blood circulation towards brain and removes the affect of chemicals creating anxiety. Exercising should be part of daily routine for healthy and happy lifestyle.

Look for reason

It is a fact that mostly anxiety can be with you due to heredity and the environment in which a person survives. There are many other factors too, that increases anxiety and depression level. A sudden change in life, an illness, hormonal changes like start of teenage, birth of child, or failure of relationship can produce anxiety. This type of anxiety fades away with time but sometimes it persists for long and a person come across regular panic attacks. A medical advice is needed here. When anxiety exceeds a certain level then brain alarms the body to look for it. It is very important that a person should know the causes that cause anxiety. Most causes of panic attacks are thought to be related to physical changes. A person can gets panic on listening the alarm clock even.

Get proper sleep

A sound and enough sleep cure many diseases. It is a normal observation that if you don’t take enough sleep then you start acting disturbed and angry. A person should improve sleeping routine to reduce the level of anxiety.

A person dealing with anxiety shouldn’t be hesitant while taking psychological advice. In many societies, there is not any concept of mental health and people don’t like going to psychologists. It is time to understand that anxiety is just like any other regular disease which can be cured by taking medical help.
