Ertugrul famed actor Engin Altan became sensation in Pakistan as soon as the first Urdu dubbed Turkish drama 'Ertugrul Ghazi' hit the state TV screens in May 2020. Pakistani fans urged to see their favorite Ertugrul characters in Pakistan.

But not all five fingers are same, it may be the wrong choice of guest or erroneous promises from the host, that Engin Altan fell into forrupt agreement.
The news of Engin Altan visit to Pakistan started to surface on news channels in October and Engin Altan landed in Pakistan in December 2020 on a short visit. According to media reports, Engin's trip was hosted by businessmen and ticktoker Kashif Zameer. Engin Altan signed an agreement of promoting the Chaudhary group brand in Pakistan. The pictures of Engin Altan and Kashif Zameer went viral on the internet. However, Engin Altan visit to Pakistan left bad taste when the traces of fraud and cheating got found in the brand agreement. Both parties accused each other for cheating and breaching the agreement.
The dispute is still not refused even after 6 month of Engin Altan visit to Pakistan.
Recently, Engin Altan send an email to Turkish embassy about the issue.
Turkish embassy in Pakistan sent a complaint letter to Punjab Home Department. Taking quick action, on the instructions of of Punjab police, a case was registerested against Kashif Zameer and he got arrested.
According to FIR, Kashif Zameer invited Engin Altan to Pakistan for the shooting of Chaudary group brand. Later, the Engin's team demanded for the money. The host Kashif Zameer failed to pay and cancelled the agreement.'
The quick action against Ertugrul star complain shows that Pakistani government is much concerned about keeping its good will against any fraud.
It's good sign for the public from both sides. Pakistani and Turkish people deeply love and praise each other. Many Turkish actors have visited Pakistan officially in a recent year.
