JUGGAN KAZIM CALLED OUT ON FAT SHAMING AFTER HER MISCARRIAGE- fusionstories

Juggan Kazim is a talented actress, model and morning show host of Pakistan. She is one of the celebrities that are popular of their maintained beauty and humbled attitude for long. Women can relate to Juggan while watching her morning show “morning with Juggan’ on PTV. Juggan recently tuned to channel 24 and appeared in a new morning show JUGGAN@9. Last week Juggan called out the audience and on her Instangram followers for fat shaming of her and family.
She went on annoyed that people request her to share her family pictures.
“Please upload your elder son and younger son snaps as you’re part of our life and gossips. We want to enjoy glimpses of your elder son Hamza, 13, and younger one Hassan but when I upload then, not all but few initiates’ fat shaming and rude comments. One of followers’ commented on my younger son’s weight in a way that disturbed me a lot. Few commented on my husband’s fat cells. Then I decided to stop uploading any of my family pictures and thought things would go better.

She continued that
“People don’t let you go in any case. It doesn’t matter that you’re thick or thin, short heighted or tall, but they comment on your physical appearance without giving a damn to your condition.”
She told about her miscarriage story

‘I had one miscarriage so next time when I conceived, I hid it. To my fortune, I had miscarriage again, but I composed my energies and approached to morning show very next morning. On that day one of my live audience planned on my fat cells and comment so erupt and clear that I couldn’t hold it for days. It doesn’t mean that as public figure we don’t feel whatever our fans comment on. Everyone feels if something bad is thrown to anyone. Fat shaming and body shaming upon anyone or to people belong to one’s family has a bad psychological effect.
fat shaming-how to deal in public

The show was put on healthier discussion accompanying one psychologist and one of Juggan’s friends who was a social media expert. They go halves their experiences on fat shaming and discuss the ways how you can manage the bad remarks.

“Yes, it disturbs and sometimes it goes worst when you’re being fat shamed or body shamed publicly then the best way is to deal is to be honest with you and to assure yourself that you still rock with your fat cells. The talents and success you’ve in hand or you’re planning to gain has to do nothing with your body makeup.

Let people bark and you carry on with your pace is a good way to deal with body shames.” This was the message from the show.

“First accept who you’re and be positive thinker then rest of the world will not matter to you.”
