I am writing this application to request an extension in the deadline for submission of my M- Phil thesis. I have been registered student of your university under supervision of Dr. Imran Moeen. I still have some survey and writing work pending on my thesis of M Phil.
Kindly consider the following reasons why I could not complete my thesis in time and requesting for an extension:
- I passed my first semester in 2017, and requested to freeze my 2nd semester due to my severe accident resulted in fracture ( medical was submitted already)۔
