Education minister Shafqat Mehmood has confirmed after national  meeting that School holidays are extended till 15th July 2020 in all over Pakistan due  to COVID-19  rising attacks.  All schools, colleges, and universities will reopen on 15th rising 2020 now. All board exams for matric,  first year and year are canceled. Now the students will be promoted in the next classes based on their previous results. Ministry of federal education held its meeting on 26th March and on 29th March 2020, to discuss the updates and policies amid the coronavirus lockdown.  According to a news channel and tweet from the education ministry, many recommendations were discussed in detail with federal education minister Shafqat Mahmood to avoid the study loss of students. A few of the recommendations were to online all lectures from class 1 to class 10th. A new National education TV channel will be launched to telecast free online lectures of all subjects to avoid study the loss of students.
